Writers application - A Guide

If you don't have a tablet or don't like drawing that much you can still join the group using the writers application.

First, you'll need a Gmail adress with Google+. You'll fill the application on Google Sheets, which is an online program and comes for free with Google Drive.

Choose the faction you want.

As you can see, you cannot edit the application sheets. You'll have to click Files > Download As > Microsoft Excel.

Now, if you have microsoft excel (I don't so don't take my word on this) you can edit the application sheet with it if that's what you prefer. (once again don't take my word on this I didn't test it)

For those of you who don't, open Google Drive (If you don't know where to find it it's the square thing between "images" and the bell shaped thing) when you're on Google's page.

Drag and drop the application sheet to your Google Drive and double click it. Now Google Sheets will either open on its own or show you a preview of the application.

If it does shows you the preview, simply click "Open" on the top of the page.

Now you should be able to edit the application sheet. Fill in the required informations and don't forget that there isn,t only one page. There are four in total. You'll see them at the bottom left of your browser.  (General info, Class info, Relations info, Money Transacrions). For now, you will only fill General info and Class info.

General info is pretty self explanatory. You fill out the Name/Surname, Age, Job, Birthday and Mentor, as well as your prefered Rp method and format. The rest will be useful later. Don't forget to put a date on "Last Updated"(Just below name and surname) everytime you make changes. It's useful to always have you application sheet up to date and to know when was the last time you updated. Inventory will be used later, when you'll make some gold and buy things from the shop (Unless your character already posses a weapon like a gun or sword, in which case do put them in your inventory).

On Class info, you'll write your character's magic (or non magic) abilities and fill the little stats squares with whatever color you desire. Don't forget to look at the Character creation guidelines to know how many points you dispose.  Leave the spells part alone for now.

Now that that's done, all there is left to do is click the blue "share" button, copy the link, make sure it's on "visible" only and paste it on your application deviation, in the description box.

Since you don't have a drawing to show, you will fill the infos usually supposed to be in the comment section as a text instead and add to them a physical description. In the end, your presentation should look something like this:
